We are now looking for an experienced and structured employee for the municipality's new laundry center

We are currently seeking a driven, engaged, and responsible employee who wants to help build and develop the municipality's new laundry center. The operations will handle the washing of work clothes and mops for several departments, with a focus on quality, hygiene, and efficiency.

You are an organized and structured person with documented experience in team leadership and production work within the laundry industry. You naturally take responsibility for daily operations and actively contribute to developing methods, routines, and quality within the business.

In this role, you ensure that work is conducted in accordance with applicable laws, hygiene requirements, routines, as well as the municipality's policies and values.

Responsibilities
The role includes, among other things:

• Plan, lead, and distribute daily work in the laundry center.
• Ensure that hygiene routines and work processes are followed.
• Take responsibility for production, flows, and quality in the washing process.
• Introduce and guide employees and contribute to a good working environment.
• Monitor production, deliveries, and the business's goals.
• Work operationally in production with common tasks in a central laundry.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have documented professional experience from working in a central laundry. You have experience in team leadership and are confident in organizing and structuring work in a business with high demands on quality and efficiency.

You have good knowledge of hygiene requirements and work flows in laundry operations. Experience with washing work clothes and mops is an advantage. Computer literacy is required as documentation and follow-up are part of the role.

You are responsible, detail-oriented, and have good collaboration skills. You work solution-oriented, are flexible, and contribute to a well-functioning business where quality and service are in focus.

You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, to be able to follow routines and communicate with operations and colleagues.

Basic Requirements
Category B driver's license.
